We’re big fans of flies that mimic more than one insect. Soft hackle flies are inherently buggy and do an excellent job of imitating emerging midges, baetis and other small mayflies. With a flowing feather collar and natural dubbing body, this bug often gets those bigger and more selective trout to eat when the flashy stuff isn’t what they’re after.
