To initiate a repair or replacement, please email orders@yakodasupply.com with your full name, a brief description of the issue, and photos that clearly show the defect or affected part of the product.

Once we've confirmed the issue and have gotten any additional information we may need, you can send the item back to us and we will have it repaired or get you a replacement at our discretion ASAP.
